A regulatory framework for Project Management
Based on our experience, the requests for consultation in Project Management come when a project or projects are in implementation stage. At that moment there is not enough time to change the required business processes, but no time at all for elaboration of different reporting templates, escalation forms, risk calculators, etc.
In this case, our basic templates for different project activities can be quickly adapted to the company standards and will save time in establishing such types of controls in Project Management.
To introduce new forms templates is one task, but another task is to establish robust documents flow from the project to the company’s departments (Accounting, Engineering etc...) and incorporate them into existing corporate systems. That may require adjustment of the interfaces of existing business processes of a number of departments, and, consequently, the documentation supporting them.
